Depends on the Bylaws that are in place. But they can't simply cancel shares as a general matter. They are typically required to purchase the shares back from each investor. What is the fee to the attorney firm? What is the compensation to the attorney firm? What is the % you will take out of the entire damage? 60%? What is it? Before joining the lawsuit, does victims have right to know how much they are paying?

Absolutely, and great question. We are compensated 10% of the collected amount if awarded before trial through settlement. If at or after trial then 15%. We also anticipate asking for the judge to award attorneys fees in addition to the damages. For additional information about the class action, please send us an email. We don't need any commitments, yet. But we do need to atleast have a list of people that we can have the class representative reach out to with updates.
